We seek an experienced advocate to manage our groundbreaking campaign to recruit and prepare the next generation of diverse, progressive women legislators in California. The new Deputy Director role is an exciting opportunity for someone to bring their creative, entrepreneurial leadership to direct a new approach to our campaign. Working closely with the Executive Director, the Deputy Director will lead our statewide Recruiting team to develop and implement our proven process. By creating and implementing strategies that enhance relationships with our donors, we will increase overall recruiting capacity and expand our donor base to support programmatic needs and campaign goals. This position is ideal for someone who has organized and managed successfully with increasing levels of responsibility.
