Under the direction of the Development Director, the Membership Director will oversee the Membership Team within the larger Development Team. This sub-team is responsible for small-dollar fundraising, matching gifts, peer-to-peer, and the Partners and Champions programs. The Membership Director is responsible for the performance of these programs as well as for providing analysis of that performance.




Oversee all aspects of low dollar offline membership programs, including monthly giving, mid-level, annual fund, and peer-to-peer fundraising
Analyze success of various efforts and determine where to make adjustments to improve performance
Coordinate with Major Gifts team on managing pipeline of donors from mid-level to major giving
Track and compare other sustainer programs to continually improve FWW’s program
Oversee matching gift programs and CFC
Coordinate with direct mail and online programs to promote a consistent donor experience that will result in retention and revenue generation
Oversee organizing fundraising efforts
Coordinate with IT and Salesforce support staff to ensure that membership technology needs are being addressed
Work with Development, CSE and other stakeholders to integrate offline/online fundraising
Specific Responsibilities:

Supervise the Membership Manager and Development Coordinator
Have weekly check-ins with each of the above
Edit content generated by team
Respond to higher-level Partners and Champions calls and emails
Manage vendor relationships as appropriate (eg, telemarketing firm)
