Meridian Strategies is a young, aggressive outreach firm hiring field organizers to help with our campaigns throughout NYC and Long Island from now until July. This temporary position requires a commitment of 4-5 days a week. General working hours for the end of February until the end of March are from 4-9PM on weekdays and 11AM-4PM on weekends (double shifts may be incorporated depending on the campaign). The working hours from April to July are 4PM-8PM on weekdays and 11AM-3PM on weekends. Pay is $30-35 an hour depending on experience and the campaign cycle.

Beginning the end of February you would be required to manage and train canvassers, log field data and payroll for employees, enforce quality control protocols, manage supply logistics and coordinate with other team members, and operate within various areas and campaigns across the NY Downstate area.
