Movement Labs is dedicated to stopping the far right and saving democracy. We bring new thinking to the most challenging problems in the political ecosystem and rigorously test our ideas. We’re bringing in a senior leadership team to lead our work stopping Trump in 2024. Jump on board.

Movement Labs invests profits from our consulting work to “de-risk” new ideas that can stop Trump. We want to find a brilliant strategist and consultant to help direct our investments towards stopping fascism in America.

You’ll act as the lead strategist helping direct ~$50 million of political investments and working with our team to turn these investments into a catalytic shift in power for Democrats that blocks Trump from taking office.

You’ll generate testable hypotheses, design rapid experiments and guide Movement Labs in scaling the most promising investments into full programs.

You’ll lead analytical staff turning our experiments into validated, presentable conclusions. You’ll work across our whole organization to continually improve both our and the movement’s knowledge about what works.

You love tackling exceptionally thorny problems with rigor and logic, quickly building theories of change that connect with measurable outcomes. You immediately find the most relevant metrics in any situation and can coach staff to do the same. You’re knowledgeable about how power and funding flows in the national political environment, and are looking for a team willing to take risky bets.
