Program Manager

Overview

Movement Law Lab is looking for a full-time Program Assistant to support all aspects of MLL’s online and in-person events, and other organizational administration.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Assist with all aspects of MLL online, video-streaming and in-person events including: 

• Participating in and supporting planning sessions, including note taking, calendaring, and budget tracking;
• Administering registration and applicant-review processes;
• For online events: setting up of online streaming services; running slide decks, coordinating multiple breakout rooms, coordinating interpretation services in multiple languages
• For in-person events: researching and booking travel, accommodations, catering, and meeting-space reservations; planning and purchasing food and meeting supplies; setting up meeting spaces; running slide decks, taking notes, and other logistical aspects of delivering in-person events;
• Post-event follow-up with participants and delivery team.

Other administrative tasks as assigned, including: 

• Processing reimbursements & payments; creating expense reports and entering relevant receipts;
• Ensuring smooth operation of interviewing & hiring processes.
• Simple graphic and text updates to MLL’s website and social-media channels.
