Ultimately, this role will play a critical part in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding approximately 600 field representatives in your assigned state during the final weeks of the 2022 election.

In addition to the supervisory scope of this role, the State Distributed Organizing Director, will also be responsible for the management and implementation of all supply chains for physical materials and resources, training materials, and workflows that will make our distributed organizing fieldwork possible within your assigned state. The duties of this position are subject to modification in response to program or organizational needs.

This position will report directly to the Deputy Distributed Organizing Director. This position will be based within the assigned program state and some travel may be required within the state from the launch of the program through Election Day.
