Overview

As Sales Operations Manager, you will be part of our Operations Team and responsible for providing broad operational day-to-day support to Hustle’s Sales and Marketing teams, with ownership of Salesforce, LeanData, DocuSign, and other sales and marketing tools. This role will be responsible for helping optimizing each step of the sales funnel. The Sales Ops Manager is responsible for everything from lead management, sales process optimization, sales training, and data handling. They will proactively monitor data through dashboards and alerts, and strive to maintain high levels of data quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts.

This is a cross-functional role that will closely coordinate activities with other functions and stakeholders within the company. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in Sales Operations functions. What You Get To Do Every Day:Inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for Sales process improvement as Hustle continues to scale;Build and manage the Sales stack of tools with Sales leadership to identify opportunities for Sales process improvement;Own Sales metrics, reports, and dashboards, sharing insights on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis;Manage Sales forecasting and performance reporting;Work closely with Marketing to develop marketing reporting metrics;Work closely with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance teams to develop scorecards and dashboards that bring transparency into business performance and arms sales leadership with insights needed to drive their business;Serve as our day-to-day SFDC Admin;Optimize the effectiveness of Salesforce and LeanData;Develop and maintain account segmentation frameworks and lead routing to ensure the sales organization scales appropriately in support of high growth; What You Bring To The Role:5+ years of technical experience in managing Salesforce, LeanData, Docusign, Salesforce CPQ and other Sales Ops tools. .

Strong understanding and experience with CRM administration, building dashboards, and reporting for cross-functional departments. Experience in management of knowledge base and content assets. Understand sales methods, buyer journey, and knowledge of sales processes. Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment while balancing strategic, tactical, and analytical responsibilities.

A strong sense of initiative and ability to work under pressure on multiple projectsExcellence in building cross-functional relationships and alignment, in particular with Sales teams.
