Location: Remote – NY, CA, MA, FL, DC, VA, MD, NC, NH, CT, GA Hustle is looking for a Senior Client Success Manager who will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of new and ongoing Hustle clients. As Sr. Client Success Manager, your main responsibilities lie in helping our partners be successful using our platform while retaining them as customers. Everyday is different…one day, you may be training users on our platform, the next day, you may be working with clients on strategy.

What You Get To Do Every DayAs owner of the overall relationship with assigned clients your role is to increase adoption, ensure retention, renewal and satisfaction of those clientsEstablish a trusted relationship with each assigned client and drive continued value of Hustle’s products and servicesServe as point of contact for renewal conversations, managing contractual and billing inquiries from clientsProvide live training and product tutorials for usersDrive and define the establishment of measurable goals and other success indicators to support the client in achieving their goalsIdentify and develop new and expanded use opportunities within existing clientsServe as an advocate for client needs internally to optimize product and processAct as an advisor to clients to ensure they’re using the product effectivelyContribute to projects related to CS enablement, marketing and productWhat You Bring To The Role5+ years working with in client-facing roles, including work with enterprise clientsEmpathy for our clients and an ability to quickly build rapport with those around youComfortable discussing pricing and creating contracts with clientsUnderstanding of data analysis tools, Excel, Salesforce, non-profit tech tools ie: VAN, LAN or other nonprofit/labor CRMsA highly organized approach to your work, with meticulous attention to detailAble to thrive under pressure in a dynamic, high-volume environment Ability and eagerness to learn the ins and outs of the Hustle product and explain various aspects of the product to clients clearly and conciselyExcellent communication skills both written and verbalPassion for progressive values and a desire to work in a company where our work makes an impact on the world around us Experience with Zendesk or other CRM or support management system as well as experience using Hustle is very helpful, but not requiredHustle’s Benefits / PerksWorking with a mission-driven team that celebrates the diversity of its membersFlexible Time Off policy Generous parental leave policyPaid sabbatical policyFull medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage for employeesYearly “Gift of Hustle” benefit to share a free Hustle service subscription with the organization of your choiceHustle is an excellent team due to the diverse backgrounds of our staff.
