POSITION TYPE: Entry/mid-level, reports to COO & Chief Friendmaker
LOCATION: Flexible; must be located within the U.S.
COMPENSATION: This remote position has a salary range of $35,000-$40,000 depending on experience. Benefits include, but are not limited to: 403b plan with employer match, vacation, holidays, sick, technology and co-working space reimbursements, and health stipend.
We are currently recruiting a Solutioneer & Friendmaker Assistant to join our remote team in North America. This role requires 1-2 years of experience and has the opportunity for growth into a mid-range position within our team. This new position is focused on supporting executive functions, fundraising efforts, and customer service for our audience of “solutioneers”.
Primary Tasks & Responsibilities
Administrative support for Upstream’s Leadership Team and Board of Directors
Provide customer service as the first point of contact with Upstream’s external audiences
Provide general fundraising support including researching prospective funders
Manage emails and calendars for select Leadership Team positions
Coordinate team events and retreats
Provide note-taking and other administrative support of meetings as assigned
